The Delta Academy is committed to providing a safe, healthy and secure environment for all community stakeholders. This web-based incident reporting and incident management platform helps us empower community members, especially our youth, to be heard and to anonymously report warning signs and trouble. Information about concerning behaviors, threats to harm and suicidal thoughts, as well as information about drugs, weapons, or other factors which may be harmful to our community, especially our schools, should be documented. The goal of this platform is prevention and to help identify red flags (no matter how small) before an incident occurs or escalates.
This platform is not intended to replace direct contact with school administration or law enforcement, but instead to help ensure that concerns are heard and information is received by the proper personnel who can provide an accurate and thorough follow-up. Please feel free to contact any school or the district administrative office with issues or concerns you may have. Together, we can help stop tragedies and crises before they happen!
We can offer this reporting site anonymously. However, we can't guarantee that we can follow-up with you unless we have your name and a way to contact you by either phone or e-mail.
The Delta Academy recognizes that false accusations can be devastating to an individual and can have long-lasting effects on the entire community. Any person who knowingly makes false accusations against another person will be appropriately disciplined. Any accusations confirmed to be false will be removed from the falsely accused person's file.
