2. Click on “Report Type” and select “SFTS School Survey.”
3. Click on the “Next” button below to start the survey.
IF YOUR SCHOOL IS NOT LISTED, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “Location” drop down and select "School/Org Not Listed."
2. Click on “Report Type” and select “SFTS Student Survey – School Not Listed.”
3. Click on the “Next” button below to start the survey.
It is very important that students and staff only respond to the SFTS Survey for your OWN SCHOOL, so the survey results can help your school officials and give Kirk the feedback he needs for SFTS events at your school.
